Ecologically correct

The CMT, through its training and construction activities, intends to raise awareness and promote the use of ecological and local materials, as well as innovative strategies and technologies. It also wants to promote the recycling of materials required in the course of its action and the reuse of materials that already exist in the community without apparent usability. It is intended to convey to the community a way of doing, which aims at preserving the environment and act responsibly towards future generations.

Economically viable

The CMT, as a business unit, will get revenue through the rendering of professional services, specialized in construction with earth and at low cost, to the community in which it operates. It is also our aim to establish partnerships with companies, so that they can support the programs of the various areas of research, training and project of the CMT . We are still open to establish contact with the country's public authorities, presenting applications to support funds and public investment, whenever our activities fall within the scope of the plans of action of the State.

Socially fair and culturally accepted

CMT will turn its research on the basis of social need. It shall cooperate with the community in the search for solutions that improve their living conditions in the context of architecture and urban design. Respecting the traditions and habits of life, launching innovation, training, self-construction, recovery, revitalization and protection of cultural property programs.
